SHIPPING POLICY
FAST DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipments within the EU are fulfilled from our warehouses across the EU as soon as your order is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order during business days (Monday - Friday).
​
After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the EU is 2-7 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.

Information about customs
​
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not held liable for any custom fees in your country, hold times or incorrect shipping information provided. Allow 1 to 2 business days of processing your order to receive your tracking number.

If you refuse your order due to custom fees and once it is confirmed to be returning to us, we will be refunding the item subtracting the shipping fee.

LOST PACKAGES
​
We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RETURNS

You can return your order within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
​
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tag must be attached.

For any other questions, feel free to contact our support at info@fyrecloth.com and they will assist you with your return. Please always state the reason of your return in your email and your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
​
Once you have received an email from us confirming your refund, please allow 2-7 business days for the money to reach your account.

Missing Items
​
If a product is missing, we can help. Please e-mail photos of the shipping label and the box with the items received, a brief description of the situation, the order number to info@fyrecloth.com
We will follow-up with next steps as soon as possible.
